Personal Property

General

The district does not provide insurance for loss or damage to personal property of students. There is NO insurance coverage and it is advisable not to bring personal property of value to school, particularly large sums of money, expensive clothing, video games, electronic devices, phones, jewelry, etc. NO TOYS ARE ALLOWED AT SCHOOL EXCEPT FOR SHARE TIME.

Cell Phones

Cell phones will be allowed for students in Grades 3-5, but they MUST BE TURNED OFF and in THEIR BACKPACK the entire day. Students may not take them out of their backpacks during the school day or they will be taken away and parents will have to pick them up in the office. THE SCHOOL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR BROKEN CELL PHONES. Students carry their cell phone at their own risk. Thank you for your cooperation.
